We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Due to the nature of international fulfillment, customers are not required to return products to our suppliers.

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
