At VibeHome, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our
policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible,
items must be unused, in original condition, and in original
packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Incorrect item selected by the customer (wrong color, variant)
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
To initiate a return, contact us first at contact@vibehome.store
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Do not ship items without an RMA number.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos or videos
showing the issue
After review, we will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement at no extra cost
Physical return is usually not required for damaged or
defective items.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or
payment provider.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or confirmed lost,
contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate and provide a fair resolution.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback.
